2. **Eligibility**: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
3. **Change of Mind**: If you decide to return an item due to a change of mind:
- You will be responsible for covering the inital and return shipping costs.
- A 15% restocking fee will be applied to the total amount of your purchase.
4. **Process**: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team within the 15-day window. Provide your order details and reason for the return.
5. **Refunds**: Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.
